Discussing the issues with everyone involved
Bouygues Immobilier works in densely populated urban areas and works in the field alongside the different stakeholders. It is a close economic partner in local social life.
Its activities, at the heart of citizens' concerns, affect many different groups: partners, subcontractors, clients, employees, stockholders and authorities, as well as civil society, residents, associations, media. Establishing conditions for discussing the issues with these stakeholders is an integral part of our approach.
Continuous exchange of ideas
For each programme, Bouygues Immobilier consults and exchanges ideas with elected officials, administrations, associations, and residents, in order to integrate their increasing needs, which are sometimes difficult to reconcile: creation of car parks or parks, limitation of neighbouring nuisances or features for visitors, creation of bike paths and accessibility for persons of reduced mobility...
This ongoing exchange of ideas brings benefits for all those involved. "I appreciated the receptive, efficient approach of Bouygues Immobilier's sales staff. I was able to follow the progress of the project from a distance since they sent me photos of the work site over the Internet," said Muriel Monboye, a buy-to-rent investor in the Jardins du Gonin project in Toulouse.
Xavier de Pesquidoux, an investor in the Exaltis building in the La Défense business district outside Paris, and property manager of Groupe La Mondiale, talked about the key factors underpinning the firm's successful association with Bouygues Immobilier: "One of the factors contributing to the success of this project was no doubt the ability of Bouygues Immobilier to listen to our needs, and to maintain a productive dialogue with our people. We have never had any doubts about our partnership, which has now lasted 15 years."
Dialogue on the cities of the future
Bouygues Immobilier wants to contribute to making cities more attractive.
To this end, the company is partnering the Observatoire de la Ville forum. This entity was founded to come up with innovative solutions and suggest concrete applications to all those involved in developing the cities of the future: architects, builders, local authorities, investors, companies, etc.
